Every Voice Matters: City Council Meetings Are Now More Accessible
To help us best accommodate accessibility needs, residents requesting services such as language translation, hearing assistance, or other accommodations are asked to complete and return an Accessibility Needs Form to City Hall at least 72 hours prior to a City Council meeting. This advance notice allows staff time to ensure appropriate arrangements are in place. Following the meeting, we also encourage attendees to complete the Post-Meeting Sruvey to share feedback on how we鈥檙e doing and let us know if there are additional ways we can better support accessibility for future meetings.
Both forms are available below in English and Spanish. Paper copies may also be picked up in person at City Hall. Citizens who are unable to attend a council meeting and wish to comment under the general public comment item or on a specific agenda item may submit their comments electronically using the form below.

Para ayudarnos a atender mejor las necesidades de accesibilidad, se solicita a los residentes que requieran servicios como traducci贸n, asistencia auditiva u otras adaptaciones que completen y entreguen un Formulario de Necesidades de Accesibilidad en el Ayuntamiento al menos 72 horas antes de la reuni贸n del Concejo Municipal. Este aviso previo permite al personal organizar los arreglos necesarios. Despu茅s de la reuni贸n, tambi茅n animamos a los asistentes a completar la Encuesta Posterior a la Reuni贸n para compartir su opini贸n sobre c贸mo lo estamos haciendo y si hay otras formas en que podamos mejorar la accesibilidad para futuras reuniones.
Ambos formularios est谩n disponibles a continuaci贸n en ingl茅s y espa帽ol. Tambi茅n se pueden recoger copias impresas en el Ayuntamiento.

Public comments submitted before 4 p.m. on the day of a city council meeting will be distributed to the city council and the appropriate staff prior to the meeting that evening. Comments received prior to the deadline on the day of the council meeting will be presented to the mayor and council members. Do not include any information in your comments that you do not wish to be made public.
Notice of Disclosure
Comments submitted on this form become part of the public record and subject to disclosure under the Colorado Open Records Act, (CORA) C.R.S. 搂 24-72-201 to 206.
